We use 100% certified Italian ingredients, such as San Marzano del Vesuvio DOP tomatoes and fiordilatte mozzarella, to guarantee the authenticity of our pizzas.
Our pizzas are made with a high hydration dough, made with 92% of water and fermented for 48 hours with our natural BIGA yeast, offering a light and crunchy texture.
